How to download your W-2
1. Go to:
www.accurateusa.com
2. Click on Employee Portal at the bottom of the page:
3. Enter your personal email address in the "Username or Email" box:
4. Once entered, you will be taken to the following portal. Please enter the same email again, as well as your password.
If you don’t know your username/password- Click “Forgot your password?”
If you know your username/password skip to step 5
5. Enter your email address associated with your accounts. You will get a temporary password sent to your email.
You will then be prompted to update your password to successfully log in.
6. Once logged in, click Pay History
7. Click Taxes on the pay history tab. Download from the 2025 download link.
